Shipping & Delivery
All DERKON orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Every order is shipped with USPS.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping (USPS) – Free: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS) – $11.99: 1–2 business days
Available options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times are estimates that start once your order ships and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Duties and taxes
Because all orders ship from within the United States, there are no import duties. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@derkonleather.com with your order number and we will help resolve it with USPS.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
